Toluna does not give you direct payouts for every survey you complete like other companies. But they give you 500 points simply for signing up and at least 1,000 points for every survey you complete. Once you reach 60,000 points, you can redeem these points for cash payouts. They even reward you with being a part of their social network.

I found i would spend ten minutes answering questions for it to then tell me conveniently that they had "reached the quota of people needed for this survey" EVERY single time. no money for any surveys as they get you to answer the questions BEFORE telling you you arent needed.

Surveys arrive in your inbox several a day. But your reward points take weeks to be credited to your account. When you covert your points to a voucher it can take up to 8 weeks for that to arrive! But somehow the surveys still manages to arrive on a daily basis!

In my opinion there are much better sites to earn money on, Toluna doesn't allow you to earn cash it only allows you to get vouchers to selected shops! This means you are limited to shops such as HMV and Amazon and everyone knows how annoying a voucher can be because nothing is better then cash that can be spent anywhere! The surveys can be a bit of a pain as there is a lot of drop down boxes and the layout really isn't that clear and can cause some confusion. However it is only a website to earn money from home even if you can only get vouchers its better then nothing!

I wasted many hours filling in surveys to accumulate points to the value of £25. I requested an Amazon voucher back in November and I'm still waiting (end of January) despite their promise to have it e-mailed to me with 7 days. I have contacted them twice, without any reply.

Ive been member of this for 8 months and enjoyed it so far. The best part about Toluna is it has a great community where you can share opinions on any topic with other members. Gift vouchers are easy to earn but sometimes take a while to arrive.

Toluna gives a wide range of opinions on polls and the fact that you get points for commenting makes you more likely to want to answer. If your stuck on something Toluna is the place to go. However it is quite complicated at times, or if you've never heard of it, you dont know quite what its about.
